As an SAP SCM consultant, you play a crucial role in the transition to SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you collaborate with your Engineering team and other teams to realize the most optimal operational store processes for Jumbo.

We work in DevOps teams: You build it, You run it, You own it. This means you help the team deliver goal-oriented solutions that are safe, stable, and cost-efficient.

You create connections. You engage with business users, translate complex issues into clear, practical solutions, and help shape the IT innovations that move Jumbo forward. You will primarily focus on the SAP Customer Activity Repository modules (ECC IS-Retail CAR and S/4 HANA CAR 4.0 / 5.0). And of course, you are also willing to participate in a 24/7 rotating support role when needed. Because you know: keeping the store running — that’s what it’s all about.

Together, we are Jumbo: Where you'll work
You will become part of a team that builds store processes in SAP S/4HANA and integrates them with Mendix (our in-store mobile platform), the Data Platform, and the Warehouse Management and Transport Management systems. The team is made up of consultants, developers, and testers who help identify requirements and dependencies. Together with the team, our Product Owner determines what the solutions will look like. The team consists of 7 to 10 people, and within your IT Supply Chain Management domain there are a total of 5 teams.

• 7+ years of experience with SAP Retail, SAP S/4, SAP SD & MM.
• Knowledge of SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) and POSDTA.
• Experience with SAP integration, CPI / AWS / etc. functional support.
• Experience with low-code integration (you are not a developer, but you understand low-code communication with SAP).
• A business mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong analytical skills to quickly identify the root cause of issues in a complex system landscape (Store → CAR → F&R → S4). For you, issues are not an endpoint, but rather the starting point for improvement.
• Insight into SCM processes within a food retail environment.
• Experience working in DevOps teams with 24/7 support and monitoring requirements, and the willingness to do the same at Jumbo.
• The ability to perform well under pressure, including in P1 situations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with English as the main working language.

• A gross salary between €4.200 - €5.500 per month (based on 40 hours).
• An annual bonus of max 7.5% of your annual salary, based on organizational goals.
