• As a Senior Mendix Developer, you design, build, and maintain complex Mendix applications based on SAP S/4HANA. 
• By developing scalable and stable applications used by 50.000 colleagues, you help ensure smooth in-store processes
• You will work within the Story Employee Experience team, alongside Mendix developers, testers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts
• You collaborate closely with SAP specialists, AWS experts, and other Mendix teams. In addition, you work with business stakeholders to validate functionality and implement improvements  

Als Senior Mendix Developer heb jij een bepalende rol in het ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van een groot en complex Mendix-landschap bovenop ons nieuwe SAP S4-platform. Je ontwikkelt applicaties die dagelijks door meer dan 50.000 collega’s worden gebruikt en die cruciaal zijn voor onze winkeloperatie.

Je stuurt op kwaliteit, stabiliteit en schaalbaarheid. Je neemt technische beslissingen, coacht junior developers, bewaakt Mendix-architectuur en integreert onze apps met SAP, andere Mendix-apps en AWS.

Je werkt in het Store Employee Experience-team, waar Mendix een sleutelrol speelt in het ondersteunen van winkelprocessen. Je werkt samen met testers, UX/UI-designers, business analisten en Mendix developers uit meerdere teams.

Als senior neem je het voortouw in:

• Het ontwerpen van technische oplossingen en Mendix-architectuur
• Doorontwikkelen van standaarden en best practices
• Coaching van collega’s en het verbeteren van teamkwaliteit
• Integraties met SAP, AWS en andere systemen
• Winkelbezoeken om functionaliteit te valideren en feedback op te halen

Je krijgt veel ruimte om te innoveren, initiatief te nemen en het Mendix-landschap toekomstbestendig te maken.

• 5+ jaar Mendix-ervaring (Advanced/Expert is een pré)
• Je ontwerpt schaalbare Mendix-architecturen
• Je hebt integratie-ervaring (SAP, APIs, Mendix apps, AWS)
• Je communiceert sterk en weet stakeholders mee te nemen
• Je toont volledig eigenaarschap, inclusief periodiek zelfstandig stand-by draaien
• Je coacht anderen en draagt actief bij aan het niveau van het team
• Je ziet verbeterkansen en durft die te realiseren

• A gross monthly salary between €5,100 and €6,500 (based on a 40-hour workweek).
• An annual bonus of up to 5% of your yearly salary, depending on organisational objectives.
• 30 vacation days (with the option to buy or sell additional days) and 8% holiday allowance.
