Get started! This is what you'll do
As an AWS Cloud Platform Engineer at Jumbo, you’ll design and automate cloud infrastructure that supports our business-critical applications. You’ll ensure security, reliability, and cost optimization while collaborating with development and DevOps teams to enable smooth workflows and innovation.Your responsibilities include:

• You’ll design and implement scalable infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• You’ll automate provisioning and deployments through CI/CD pipelines, enforce security and compliance controls, and optimize performance and costs.
• You’ll also collaborate with developers and engineers to support application delivery and modernize our cloud platform.

You’ll join the Container Platform team at our Veghel headquarters, working closely with developers, cloud engineers, and security specialists in an informal, collaborative environment that values initiative and innovation.

Collaboration is at the core of our approach. We work closely with domain-specific cloud engineering teams to support over 60 DevOps teams. Together, we deliver essential infrastructure building blocks tailored to their unique needs.

• Strong experience with AWS services and cloud architecture

• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Familiar with CI/CD, GitOps, and DevOps principles

• Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash)

• Knowledge of networking, databases (RDS, DynamoDB), and observability tools (e.g., Datadog)

• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes (EKS, ECS, ECR)

• Certifications (nice to have), AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer

• A gross salary between €5.700 - €7.100 per month (based on 40 hours).
• An annual bonus of max 7.5% of your annual salary, based on organizational goals.
