As a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer, you will be the driving force behind the design, implementation and optimisation of modern workplace solutions. You will ensure that our colleagues have secure, efficient and compliant access to all the systems and applications they need to be successful. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, make an impact on the digital workplace of thousands of colleagues and continuously innovate.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into smart technical solutions.
• Configure, maintain and improve Workplace platforms and devices such as Office 365, Intune, Windows and MacOS.
• Analyse and solve problems at the source (root cause).
• Improve and automate packaging processes via Intune.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with other teams and suppliers to develop new solutions and guarantee the functioning of the platform.

Our Workplace team is a multidisciplinary team within the Platform Engineering domain, with a wide range of skills and expertise. Together, we ensure that our colleagues throughout the organisation – at head office, in stores and in distribution centres – have secure and seamless access to the tools they need to do their jobs. While we pride ourselves on our service-oriented and supportive approach, we also maintain a strong focus on automation to minimise repetitive manual tasks and continuously improve efficiency.

• 5+ years of experience in the Modern Workplace domain.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365, Intune and packaging for Windows and MacOS.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and a good command of English.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail and a strong drive to continuously improve.

• A gross salary between €5.200 - €6.700 per month (based on 40 hours).
• An annual bonus of max 7.5% of your annual salary, based on organizational goals.
• 30 days of paid holiday (with the opportunity to buy or sell days of paid holiday) and 8% holiday allowance.
• You build up a pension through participation in the Pension Fund for the Food Industry.
• An allowance for your travel expenses (€ 0.21 cents per kilometer with a maximum of 35 kilometers one way). We like to work together in the office, but you can also work partly from home.
