Job description

We’re here to inspire our customers, whether they shop online, visit our stores, explore our food markets, or dine in our restaurants. Our mission is to support them at every step of their journey, building lasting loyalty and turning customers into passionate fans.

To achieve this, we embrace an omnichannel strategy. And as a Senior IAM Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving IAM solutions that ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access across our organization.

You responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Owner by analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear, structured IAM specifications for engineers
  • Assist in the configuration and optimization of IAM platforms (One Identity, Okta, Delinea PAM, Entra ID, AD) by preparing documentation, data analysis, and configuration inputs
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize IAM platforms such as One Identity, Okta, PAM Delinea, Entra ID and AD
  • Conduct initial investigation of IAM-related issues and document root-cause findings for engineering teams to resolve
  • Analyze and support improvements in provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance processes
  • Monitor IAM compliance and ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations
  • Coordinate with cloud, infrastructure, security teams to support IAM integrations and governance

Our IAM team is a multidisciplinary group in the Platform Engineering domain, with a diverse range of skills and expertise. Together, we ensure that our colleagues across the organization - at the headquarter, in the stores and in distribution centers - all have secure and seamless access to the tools they need to do their work. While we take pride in being service-minded and supportive, we also maintain a strong focus on automation to eliminate repetitive manual tasks and continuously improve efficiency.

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with a focus on analysis, coordination, and requirements preparation
  • Experience working with some of our IAM products (One Identity is a must, Okta, Delinea PAM, AD, Entra ID) and willingness to learn the others
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle concepts to support design discussions and prepare detailed functional specifications
  • Ability to support automation initiatives by preparing scripts, data sets, and logic requirements (e.g., for PowerShell or SQL automation handled by engineers)
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and strong working proficiency in English for stakeholder coordination and documentation
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset focused on identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and recommending improvements

We offer

  • A gross salary between €5.100 - €7.600 per month (based on 40 hours).
  • An annual bonus of max 7.5% of your annual salary, based on organizational goals.
  • 30 days of paid holiday (with the opportunity to buy or sell days of paid holiday) and 8% holiday allowance.
  • You build up a pension through participation in the Pension Fund for the Food Industry.
  • An allowance for your travel expenses (€ 0.21 cents per kilometer with a maximum of 35 kilometers one way). We like to work together in the office, but you can also work partly from home.
  • Room for entrepreneurship, growth and development. Not only in your job but also through our Jumbo Academy, online training through GoodHabitz and with a training budget.
  • Daily fresh lunch in our Foodcafé, good coffee and fresh fruit. You can sport daily at our own Jumbo Gym for a small fee.
  • Colleague discounts such as 10% off your groceries (up to €325 per year), participation in our collective health insurance or discounts through Beneftits at Work.
